If you're familiar with RSS feeds, read on.
If you have not used RSS before, you probably don't need it - but if you're interested I'd urge you to research "RSS". Because of work pressures I am not in a position to describe RSS, answer detailed questions, or do very much debugging. Google is your friend ;)
For the RSS-savvy:

We had requests for an RSS feed on PEv2, and were not able to provide it. But we have now turned on the outbound RSS feeds from Progressive Ears v3.
The URL for the system as a whole is:
http://www.progressiveears.org/forum/external.php?type=rss
Also note - as you open each forum you'll see a small icon : http://www.physics.purdue.edu/pics/icons/rss.gif which will return the RSS URL for that forum.
Note: The RSS feed only reports new threads - not new posts.
