I had to listen through the whole interview. Very interesting! The first statement ever from Cotton about his years in The Magic Band. I am also surprised to learn that he is still working on music projects and plan to release some of it in the future. It has been silent from him in the music business also since the 1970s. Now listening to the first MU album, which has some resemblance to The Magic Band. Great stuff! And it is a great loss that he didn't produce more albums. He is truly a great guitarist (plus sax and bass clarinet player. He reveals that he showed Captain Beefheart how to play the bass clarinet.)
