the faq is helpful but by no means thorough, alas. it's very general actually. it's better than nothing but apparently a lot of exploration and figuring things out on one's own is still required.

in todays world, this is a lost art. Unless there is an app for that, people are clueless about a lot of things these days, especially younger people.

I like that some figuring out is required. I think the site lends to you being whatever kind of user you want. Its easy enough to get started and as you poke around you add tricks to your toolkit. It has many different ways of doing thing so you just adopt the ones that work for you.
