I had to ask myself, who would even be crazy enough to do a cover version of the execrable “Save Your Kisses for Me”? Walking, talking embarrassment Bobby Vinton, apparently!
I also recently discovered a low-charting single called “Flame” by Steve Sperry. This song absolutely flabbergasted me, as it had to be the worst song I had ever heard. So bad that I couldn’t believe it really existed! So bad that I had to share this song with others, just so I could look at the looks on their faces as they listened to it. Anyway, I went on a Discogs deep dive on this musical abomination and discovered that somebody had actually done a cover version of it! Who, you ask? Why, Bobby Vinton, of course!
I still can’t bring myself to listen to either song.

Tighter, anyway. The Dead were really loose in concert...but generally managed, despite appearances, not to fall completely apart.

More than most Pop stars, I've been impressed with Miley's musicianship, but this seems like a misstep. The alto sounds odd and she didn't own the song at the level her into would suggest, "I do this song for me"

A cover of Tangerine Dream's "Poland" by a student orchestra using acoustic instruments.
Available as an EP along with Charly the Kid from Firestarter and Love on a Real Train from Risky Business under the name AN ORCHESTRAL DREAM by Thomas Rydell.
Now that's a cover I didn't see coming. I wonder who came up with the idea? A student or the director? Either way, they did a really nice interpretation.

Several members of Lucifer's Friend played on at least one of the Non Stop Dancing albums. Also, JLO member Karl-Hermann Lüer was briefly a member of LF (playing woodwinds and violin on Mind Exploding)
