Dutch hard-rock/AOR-band Redstacks made an album of original songs, called Revival Of The Fittest, but also play a very good version of Deep Purple's, Highway Star:
Here's a track for their new album.

Damnit. I was enjoying the hecky-darn out of that, and wondering how they were going to handle the "loud part."
And then that glorious, glorious organ came in ...
...and then it went >poof!< gone. What a lost opportunity.

Dianne Reeves - In Your Eyes
Nils Petter Molvær covers the Radiohead-track True Love Waits on his albums Stitches from 2021. The original composition is from A Moon Shaped Pool (2016).
It's named Slade, it sounds like a bad cover band to me.
Look Wot You Dun sounds a bit less bad.
Is that really Slade? [emoji44] Gotta go listen....

Here's an unusual cover of the Moody Blues' "Nights in White Satin" by Rock Goddess, a female heavy metal band from the 1980s. Not really a fan of the vocals.
First Bert Parks, then this ^^^. My brain hurts.
