It is a cover of Land of Confusion. Musically, it is pretty bland. The video is nicely done and appropriate to our times.

I think the weirdest thing is, how some big US artist, like Todd Rundgren gets the idea to make or let someone make, a translation of a Dutch song, which is only a radio-hit in The Netherlands.
It is not like it is some traditional Christmas carol.
