Suzanne Ciani - Seven waves | Voices of packaged souls

Could do without the second album on this disc, but it was the cheapest possibility to get Seven waves.

Michael Raven & Joan Mills -Death & The Lady Solid British folk album, but not up to the hype, and not worth $200+ for an original.

Michael Raven & Joan Mills -Hymn To Che Guevara As above, but not quite as good. Still excellent, though.

Angeline Morrison and The Rowan Amber Mill -Silent Night: Songs For A Cold Winter's Evening An EP, not a full album. Despite the presence of TRAM, this isn't really a Folk album. More Ethereal, but not Darkwave, as it's pretty sunny material, and really attuned toward Christmas time. Not bad, but it is what it is.

Nigel Mazlyn Jones -Behind The Stone Excellent self-penned Folk from this long time stalwart of British Folk/Acoustic music. Very, very good, but not up to the level of Raft, which I commented on here previously.

Gotic -Gegants I Serpentines Their unreleased 2nd. A disappointment for me. It's OK, but it lacks the local/regional flavor that made their first such a treasure. Track 4 and Track 8 were outstanding, but the rest isn't up to my expectations. OK, but not essential.

Spock's Beard -The Light Never bought it until recently. Have all of theirs up to V, and remembering Greg Walker's claim from back in the day that this was the best American Prog-Rock album ever, I had to have it. Well, it's not. It's not their best either. A historical curio. Not really recommended, but not thumbs down.

33 year old Daisuke Kurosawa is a composer and guitarist in the Japanese video game industry. he's associated mostly with the Beatmania, GuitarFreaks and DrumMania series by Konami either playing guitar, composing or both. oh yeah, in his spare time he plays in the Kurosawa Progressive Band which seems to have an everchanging cast of young musicians. Dream Theater fans take note, this is for you. these boys can play!

Walt, it's from the CD, Easley Blackwood Microtonal. I think most of it is up on YouTube.

Mr. Blackwood thanks you! Should sound great with a buzz on. Especially the guitar piece!

This is a very beautiful video, no wonder it's worth sharing on here. As for the piece.. words would spoil its magnificence!

Although they have worked quite a lot with orchestras, I don't think they ever used a Mellotron.
