Talk about a blast from the past! I heard this years and years ago when I used to listen to the Sydney Top 40 late at night. I lived in Melbourne, but at night it was possible to pick up some of the interstate stations on my transistor radio. Never knew who it was, and certainly never connected it with Marc Bolan.
He actually sings "Lift up your skirt..." - that's what I always heard, but I assumed I must have been hearing it wrong.
