Here is a good analysis I found of the most recent episode of Sucession. It is heavy heavy spoilers, so don't watch if you have not seen the episode.

3 or 4 episodes in, we still haven't decided whether we like Lucky Hank or not.

I haven't watched last weeks episode yet, but I do like it thus far. I am wondering where its going though, but I'm enjoying the ride thus far.
Please don't ask questions, just use google.

Started “Yellowjackets” season I last night. Two episodes in I am hooked. It appears to be a new take on “Lord Of The Flies”, but digging it so far.

On Hulu I started watching National Geographic's series, UFO: Investigating the Truth. There's been many series etc., around the UFO (now UAPs) phenomena, this one jumps back in forth in time, and had some nice photography as well. It did a good job on the history, etc. It looks like you can watch it free over on the NG channel.

So , just recently watched the 3 seasons of an older Netflix series , Love. Co created with Judd Apatow and the male lead Paul Rust . All the characters are likeable , the writing sharp and edgy especially in the first 2 seasons. the 3rd is not as great but still very watchable. Good stuff.
Checked out the first episode of Rob Lowe's new series , Stable. Or maybe its Unstable. I like it and will continue. His character is reminisent of the one he played on Parks And Recreation. I'd recomend giving it a shot.

Yeah, that's some solid reasoning. Kerry is a wild card, she could be disposed of with a quick (metaphoric) knife in the ribs but more likely she will join one faction.

Brian Cox appeared on Colbert on Monday and it was pretty good. .He had a great tale about something he did during the shooting of the show that really messed with the British tabloids. He also got to utter his catch phrase is a beautiful way.

^^ Last night on Britbox I watched a terrific hour-long special on Brian Cox where he talks about his life and career. I had forgotten about all the roles he's played over the years. He's a cool cat. Nothing like Logan Roy whatsoever!

I liked him a lot in the Bourne series.

I remembered his roles in Braveheart and Rob Roy easily, but I had completely forgotten about Mindhunter for example, and The Boxer with Daniel Day-Lewis. He's good with accents!

I loved him as the Russian in the RED movies.

Just started The Innocent Man on Netflix. It's John Grishams only non-fiction book and in the opening credits there's an acoustic version of Iron Maiden's Number Of The Beast and it's not the Billy Corgan version from Spun. I don't know who it is but it's nice. The song translates well.

Watched the Jason Isbell movie and that was really cool. I knew nothing about him but it turns out he's pretty good. I liked the songs in there.

Anyone watching The Big Door Prize? Kind of a dark surreal comedy. Really enjoying it so far.

I first discovered Isbell back when he was with Drive By Truckers. IMO he is one of the best songwriters out there right now. The guy has an amazing way with words. He also has a good voice and is a good guitarist when he lets it fly.

Another momentous Succession episode again last night. Shiv is in some kind of spiral now and I have no idea where she will end up. I like not knowing where any of this will end up.

Agreed, excellence yet again. Looks like Kendall is about to become the killer his father said he wasn't. It got ugly fast, as predicted, and the wolves are tearing at each other's throats. Tom is going to have to fight like hell now just to maintain some kind of position. And why was Greg's name on the piece of paper? Did anything on that paper even mean anything, or was it just Logan jotting down vague thoughts?

Just finished The Bear on Hulu. It really kept my interest ( I've washed dishes in a couple or restaurants) has some interesting characters, takes place in a family Chicago restaurant, and can be tense at times. I would recommend it, only one season.

Florida Man on Netflix. 3 episodes in , its pretty good. Has a Carl Hiaasen vibe to it. Gold , mobsters ,disgraced ex cops , sex and mayhem. Typical day in the FLA.

Finished up the 10 episode limited series , Florida Man . Very often I don't do well with these Mini series , multple seasons or not. I get bored easily and many times a series has me asking , can you get the the freeking point already?? Happily Florida Man was not on of these. Not boring at all , a very satisfying watch. The cliff hangers at the end of an episode didn't feel forced as they often do. The twists and turns in the plot are well done and kept me guessing. It didn't take itself to seriously , but had more than enough punch. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

I finished Picard season three yesterday. I have thoughts, but don't want to spoil things for anyone else. I will say that, as a ST lifer, I was pleased.

I really enjoyed season 3, also.

I hope they create a new show called ST: Titan with Seven, Raffi, Jack, and Geordie's daughter.

Michelle Yeoh is scheduled to star in the next Star Trek. She will reprise her Star Trek: Discovery character in a spin-off feature film called Star Trek: Section 31. The spin-off had originally been planned as a Paramount+ series, but Yeoh’s post-Oscars glow apparently inspired Paramount to make Star Trek: Section 31 the first feature film adapted directly from one of the recent shows, instead of continuing the “Kelvin” timeline featuring stars like Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saltana, Karl Urban, and Simon Pegg.
