Wolves/Nuggets Game 1 was amazing, Ant went crazy and Naz Reid was making play after play in the 4th. If you're the Nugs you gotta at least be encouraged by the fact that you didn't lose by 20. Gonna be a great series, hope it goes 7

Good to see some new teams getting deeper (Wolves, OKC, NY, Dallas) Not a big Sixers fan but Maxey deserved more and was exciting to watch. OKC is deep. Indiana Knicks series could be really good. Disappointed in Jamal Murray. He was lucky he didn't get a game suspension, but has been a "good citizen" in the past so maybe 100K$ is about right?

Used to be a huge hoops fan when I was younger, but not so much anymore. Knicks got blown out in the first half of game 7 and it was over early with Indy starting at 24 for 30 from the field at one point. That's a great percentage from the free throw line! In other words, it was over early.

What happened in the Wolves / Nuggets game? DEN was up by 20 and then I missed a huge chunk of the game. Shocked to see the Nuggets going home

^ It only took about 10 minutes to wipe out that 20 point lead. They did it with exceptional defense.

^^ It's not as painful when the team who swept the Suns in the first round turns out to be a damned good team.

Pacers blew it tonight. No way they should have lost. This had to rip their heart out. Wouldn't be surprised to see a sweep.

Having seen Celtics games in 3 different series, aside from the fact that they're very good, one thing stands out: If you breathe on Jayson Tatum, you'll be called for a foul. I'm not conspiracy guy, so I have a difficult time believing the league office told the officials to coddle Tatum, but man, it happens so consistently that it makes you wonder.

That was a tough loss for the Pacers. I'm rooting for them. They need Halliburton to acquire the body language of Anthony Edwards. I like the Pacers team approach. Plus anybody but the Celtics haha

brutal stuff for the Pacers, 3 of the 4 games they probably should've won

not sure what this says about Boston, who shouldn't have been taken to the edge like that, though it must be said they never really seemed to turn it on until the last 3-5 minutes of the game. they've kinda sleptwalked to the Finals, which I think is how you wanna do it if possible

    RIP Bill Walton

Pacers kept playing as a team, but their late 4th quarter turnovers really stung them. Boston is pretty good. Loved Bill Walton. One of the best collegiate players ever and he always brought the joy as an announcer. RIP

    They're having trouble keeping Pace.

Will Minny be the first team to come back from 3-0? Stay tuned.

The Suns came back from a 2-0 deficit to win a best of 5 series. Back when the first round was only 5 games. That was the year they went to the finals against Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

^ Embarrassing. Has any team ever performed worse in an elimination game at home?

It's got to be up there if it's not. I'm hoping Dallas can compete with Boston. It looks like Porzingis is coming back soon.

^^ I recall in the late 80s when the Celtics played dirty against the Lakers in the Finals. Most of which slipped right past the attention of the refs.

Phoenix against Dallas two years ago: Trailed 57-27 at half-time and lost 123-90 with "garbage time" for the entire second half.

Lots of teams went smaller to beat or imitate the Warriors. Does Dallas have anyone who can guard KP? Boston looks deeper and everyone played well. The big 2 for Dallas are going to have to be great to beat them. Just one game, but hoping for a closer series. Must of felt good for KP against his old team.

To me it looked like the Celtics were toying with them. Clearly, the Mavs got rattled early. Luka at times looked like a deer in headlights. But too early for knee jerk reactions from me. Long way to go in this series.

That looked way too easy. No answer for KP. Just Game 1 though. Just looking for a good, 7 games series but something has to change, or it may get late early.
