No. I wouldn't take it up. I never heard of anybody getting a "job" that way that was not some kind of scam.
Scanning that text, the whole thing looks cobbled together by someone whose English is not too good, It reads sloppily Now, not speaking English is not a crime, but I think a genuine professional company would take the trouble to get a native English speaker to proof read it and improve the style.
Has it not occurred to you that this could very easily be a way of setting you up as a "mule" to receive prohibited imported goods? This could land you in gaol - or worse.
