    Tapatalk update issues

On the Notifications tab, it doesn't seem to show that there are new posts or the latest posts. The Feed tab shows the latest post for all sites including PE. I've looked at settings but can't figure it out.

Tapatalk is frustrating, and unfortunately we are not able to control anything on the system.

I've found that the best way to use it is:
    - Set up PE to auto-subscribe me to any thread I post in
    - Set Tapatalk to follow the subscribed threads
    Regards,

    Duncan

Yeah, it's a trippy app, for sure. I rarely use it.

The app seems to work now, showing the coloration associated with updates to a thread. Great app, it just behaved a little weird for a bit

I caved and started using Tapatalk. Got tired of being hounded to download it. I've gotten used to it and used the settings to set it up so it behaves/looks more like the mobile version I've been using for years. I don't see a feature for editing my posts though. Is that a function that's not available, or is that something that can be turned on in the settings? If I can't edit my posts then I'll have to keep using the old mobile/browser version.

Click on the icon that looks like a person's head.

    Click on Settings.

    Click on "Signature".

    See the options...

I know. I was just saying it can be done because I've read some complaints about that signature.

    Click on your post.

Click on the icon toward the top right-hand corner that looks like a pen.

    Edit away...

    It's pure advertising.

I'm not sure what happened, but I have found no way to control what I get notified of. I see settings whoch would imply I could, but no luck. This other forum slams my notification thread, making it hard to see PE posts. Additionally cross- synchronization seems a problem. I wanted to switch to the mobile website, but I cant rest my password.

We're going to research alternative systems.

Tapatalk is great because we don't have to do anything.

Tapatalk is horrible because we can't control anything.

It's a trade-off, and we'r going to research our options.

    Duncan

    Tapatalk update issues

I finally got a response. Turns out that old notifications don't go away, even if you unsubscribe or unfollow. Slide them left and you can delete them.
