I really liked that Miley Cyrus/Melanie video. I guess I'd say Miley has more Country cred than what's her name, Twisty (Taylor Twit).

Seriously that was a fun rendition. That's a full on country song.

Didn't know this existed. A 9 minute, plus version of Lay Down.

I might just go on a Melanie binge. What's considered her big, break through, best album?

I heard Candles, the whole album. The whimsy, that cute voice. Alexander Beetle is hilarious. Very whimsical.

Seen him play many times. He toured with Billy Cobham on his 30th anniversary of Spectrum.

RIP Carl Weathers. My brother gave me a bag of dvds ( I can't remember where he got them though) and in them are the first four Rocky movies. I should watch them this weekend.

He was great in those Rocky films, and Predator, with Arnold and Jesse Ventura. That was the golden age of action films.

I read a little of his bio on Wikipedia. He only ever played 8 games, or something.

RIP Christopher Priest. Writer moderately well-known in the science fiction and fantasy world; best known outside it for the novel The Prestige, which won the James Tait Black Memorial Award and the World Fantasy Award, and was the basis for the movie starring Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Michael Caine, Scarlett Johanson, and David Bowie.

That's a shame, RIP. 'The Affirmation' is one of my favourite books.
