Those first two Arena albums were great. Where did you see an announcement? I have not been able to find anything on the net.

Couldn't find it either, so I just played his solo-album Guitar Stories (see https://www.progressiveears.org/foru...tinued/page184 #4594)
I saw Steve Rispin posted it on Twitter (?)

former bassist Joe "Cooch" Cuchelo of the band 3

We are saddened to hear that our friend, former "3" bassist, Joe "Cooch" Cuchelo has passed away today. Our hearts go out to his wife Erin, and their 3 daughters.
Cooch sounded like no other. Whether watching him from the audience or sharing a stage, he was one of the few musicians who could really surprise you with his brilliance. He'd play licks you'd never see coming, leaving you with your jaw agape and wondering how what you just heard was even possible. Sometimes you just had to laugh out loud at the sheer absurdity of his genius. He was unpredictable and unforgettable. We are truly thankful for his contributions to "3' and for all the amazing times we shared. Though his voice is now silent, his bass lines continue to speak volumes.
Cooch played bass on three "3" albums: "Half Life," "Summercamp Nightmare" and "Wake Pig." He was also the bassist for the legendary group "Peacebomb." He will be missed.
We love you Cooch, say hey to Jay.

R.I.P. Alan Arkin. Great actor, and I still often do my impression of him in Glengarry Glen Ross: 'It's gestapo tactics! How DARE they talk to me that way?'

I can't think of the title but he was great in the movie with Greg Kinnear and Tony Conti about a off kilter family who travel with their younger daughter who was entering a dance competition. It was hilarious.

More like a child beauty pageant. Very good movie though.

"The In-Laws" with Peter Falk is a classic. He was also great in the Netflix series "The Kominsky Method" with Michael Douglas.
