Huge win for Miami yesterday. A step closer to competing for a conference championship. Gotta start somewhere. Uh, next game is vs. Notre Dame. I'm not expecting a W, I just hope they don't get blown out. We'll see.

I've been watching Ohio St football for over 45 years now, and I may have seen them get thumped like that before. I just don't remember it.

Exactly why I take nothing for granted with WI. Any given Saturday......

Even though the BCS (objectively rightly for now) thinks of the Rodney Dangerbadgers just that way, no matter what ANYONE else does from here on out, I do believe that if WI finishes 13-0 and beats either PA St or OH St in the B1G championship they're in.

PSU is basically out unless OSU and MSU both implode, which is unlikely. In conference play, OSU & MSU are both 5-1 and PSU is 4-2. And even if PSU ends up with the same record, they're out due to having lost to both teams.

I see WI & MSU playing for the B1G title.

Maybe. But I think it will depend on other teams. Bucky may not have any signature wins, when compared to the other teams in the conversation. It's conceivable the B1G could get shut out of the playoff, but it would be irregular, I'll admit.

I totally forgot until just now, but all the campus scenes for Rodney's Back To School, both indoors and outside, were filmed at UW Madison, and my ex-wife and I even said "hi" & had a short chat with Sally "Hot Lips" Kellerman on the street when they were in town. One of my ex's co-workers made $150 as an extra.

^ Sally Kellerman. I saw her recently in an episode of Star Trek.

If they go 13-0 there is no doubt they should be in IMO.

If Miami is due for a loss it should be today. Better they lose to a non-conference team who's ranked in the top 5 than to lose to a conference rival. I'm just hoping we don't get blown out. If we keep it close and lose by a 3 points or a TD I'll be okay with it.

Indeed. Dawgs need to find a way to exploit Auburn’s rush.

Yes. And I’m not happy about it.

There’s a chance we’ll see Auburn again in Atlanta. I hope it happens.

And the Rodney Dangerbadgers keep winning and waiting.

What horrible Safety play. Playing center field and still giving up the deep pass. Smh.

Yep. They're in the B1G Final now, aren't they? Things are falling in line for Bucky, but they must run the table.

The Buckeyes looked great again today. A day late and a dollar short.

Yeah. They have Michigan at home, Gophers at Minne and probably Ohio State in the B1G final. Not impossible, but Iowa pissed off OS.

And out comes the turnover chain again. My god, I was not expecting this.
