It’s a real kick in teeth to have been there or thereabouts all season, and miss out by one goal to the team you finished above. It all starts again very soon, but it’s such a brutal long season and an incredibly tough division. Good luck next time.

Thanks Robin.
Sadly I think it is inevitable that we'll sell some of our best young players, though I don't know how many. There will be those who are impatient to go up a division, and who've done enough that there will be suitors; and of course, assuming we don't decide to just start cheating like Leicester, there is FFP to consider and we have a very high wage bill. I think we'll keep Archie, as he's young enough to feel he can afford another season in the Champ, and born and raised Leeds. Beyond that I can see Gnonto wanting away again and he won't be the only one.

Good news all round.
Very good news, especially for Kieran’s bank balance
That aged well - we sold him like a shot. You would think that by this point I would long have been cured of any romantic illusions about the modern game of football, but it appears I am still prey to self-delusion when it comes to my club.
Fair play to the lad I suppose, he will be playing PL and European football in the coming season instead of scrapping in the Champ with Leeds and earning a comparative pittance for it. One can hardly blame him for wanting that. I just hope that he gets to start games and make an impression at Spurs, it would be awful if he ended up in the same position as Kalvin. But Spurs aren't City in terms of squad depth, so I think he should be in with a shout.
I’m sure he will get a good amount of game time at Spurs, Ange seems to be building a young squad and he will have a plan for Archie.
The modern game is so far removed from that with which we grew up, that it’s hard to keep the devotion to the fore. We are all still blinded somewhat by our tribal loyalties and credit to you that you wish the best for the lad. Many would cut the departing hero out of their thoughts in an instant.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?
