I just checked out this thread now. I thought the OP was looking for fusion that was more jazz than rock. Nope.
Big fan here of Thundercat, Robert Glasper, Hiatus Kaiyote and BadBadNotGood. Unfamiliar with the rest. Totally into this kind of current fusion stuff.
The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off
