I'm rediscovering all these albums I knew in my teens. They still hold up remarkably well.

Hyena, with Robert Smith on it, is another solid one.

I listened to Big Country's first album a little while. Some grewvy stuff on that.

    OK, bye.

This morning on the Beatles channel on Sirius XM they played a kind of ridiculous McCartney song called something like My Little Koala. Is that from this by any chance? I'd never heard it before.

There was an estate sale at a manor house on the east side of town. In the hallway I found stacks of cds. The collection was huge, but mostly music I didn't have an interest in.

I found a 2-cd set of Billie Holiday and several Miles Davis titles such as ESP, Miles In The Sky and the Essential Miles Davis. Everything looked immaculate!

I found The Sound Of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel which was a mini LP. In the corner was their box set . I then realized that the Sound Of Silence was part of the box set.

I discovered some Mike Oldfield and some Yes. Some of them were sealed. I checked the cash situation in my wallet at this point out of curiosity . I placed everything on a table and asked the lady sitting there how much . She smiled...almost laughed and said "Five dollars "

I said...what? Are you sure? She laughed and said "Absolutely...and I hope you enjoy them" I had thought maybe this cheap price had to be attributed to people's general lack of interest in cds today. It was an absolute steal

Nope. The setlist is a bit comparable with Wings over America.

Very well done. The guys worked more than 30 years on this project. No covers b.t.w., just tracks inspired by PF.

No recent purchases. I still have a lot of "older" stuff to get to like the last Peter Gabriel album which I only listened to once so far.

Digital Man - I can't remember. I think 127 pounds. You get the remaster of fear and nil recordings, demos, DVD audio and video and one I'm forgetting. It's a beautiful box.

They use pounds in Canada? I didn't know. Anyway, that amounts to about 164 dollars (according to a currency converter online). Not cheap.
