So, I'm looking to buy a new bottle in the next month or so, depending on when I can get to a liquor store with a decent selection. I'm almost done with my Balvenie 15. Suggestions for something similar?

Was it the Balvenie 15 single barrel aged in sherry casks? If so…

Glendronach 15 or 18
Bunnahabhain 12 or 18
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 14 (port) or Lasanta 12
Edradour 10 or Caledonia
Glenallachie 12, 15 (both not sherry) or whatever you can find

Meh. Not for me. I have had 2/3s of a bottle sitting for a few years, and bought it based on the hype and reputation it gets at its price point. I was pretty underwhelmed.

I haven’t had many (as I don’t drink many blends), but Compass Box has a great reputation for their “curated” blends.

I'm not a Blended man either.

Just the better one I tasted, but this one, I wouldn't ever use it in a long drink.
