Seems like an appropriate choice, though. I mean, who else is there, really? There aren't a whole lot of acts who perform live shows anymore.

Music isn't about chops, or even about talent - it's about sound and the way that sound communicates to people. Mike Keneally
While I'm not at all a Maroon 5 fan, I do acknowledge 2 things:
Levine can sing quite well
They have enough big songs that the unwashed masses will be happy

I don't like KISS at all, but I agree that they're a better fit for this bullshit spectacle than EITHER Maroon 5 or the Foos.

KISS?! Maybe if it were 1975.

Maybe they should get Bob Geldoff to organize these halftime shows. They seem to be running out of ideas. Whatever happened to the "all star band jam" idea like what used to end all the Rock HOF ceremonies for a change of pace.
Queen is still around, sort of. They are doing a residency here.
Come on, wouldn't you all dig Bohemian Rhapsody at SB half? Heck, who wouldn't? That song is generally loved by all.
Carry On My Blood-Ejaculating Son - JKL2000
How about if they book Umphrey's McGee and then the whole even gets cancelled?

UP THE IRONS!!!!
Iron Maiden would be an awesome SB Halftime show
Oh man, twenty minutes of Iron Maiden would be glorious.

SB Halftime is when I can stretch my legs, maybe do a little bit of dishes... I like that they keep having shitty acts...

Scott Bails, what do you think about Jordan Mathews being back? They got something for nothing. Traded a year ago for Darby, and now nearly a year later, they get him back for a song and they still have Darby. I find it very hard to believe that he's done. A year, this town was panicking when he was traded away...
I was never a huge fan, but given the circumstances, I think it's a pretty good move. He (kinda) fills a need, though it now creates a logjam at slot receiver and doesn't really solve the outside receiver problem. I assume that they'll be putting Agholor on the outside?
Mathews has chemistry with Wentz, so hopefully it will help to ease Wentz back into game shape this week.

Two years ago, he was one of their best receivers. Big WR. Certainly an upgrade over the "who's that?" receivers last week. Agholor found his confidence in the slot. Maybe Agholor can take that confidence to the outside? No idea why Goeddert's number didn't get dialed up last game.
Welp, I guess the Baker Mayfield Era has already begun in Cleveland, lol.
At least it’s a close game for a Thursday.
I don't think I've ever been as sincerely & honestly happy for a team and a city that I don't root for as I am tonight.
RIP Tyrod.
