    Nolan Potter's Nightmare Band

Has anyone else heard of these guys?

I just discovered them while searching YouTube for Zeuhl influenced bands. I am pretty impressed. It seems like they might be from Austin.

There are some Zappa influences also. They have a Zappa cover of "Dog Breath, in the Year of the Plague", on Bandcamp.

And if there were a god, I think it very unlikely that he would have such an uneasy vanity as to be offended by those who doubt His existence - Russell

New album was out in April. The thing is I'm not sure what I'm listening to as far as genre or whatever. Rock? Music? I just like it for whatever reason. Categories annoy me unless they actually describe well what I'm going to be hearing. "Eclectic" means nothing.

Here's the current version of the band, live in the studio at KUTX in Austin, TX. Pretty good stuff, like early Canterbury.
