I was listening to the new T.A.P. during their release party earlier. It sounded great. I got there a little late but it sounded like very good instrumental prog.

Tiger Moth Tales - The Turning of the World (again; Sounds great to me! As others have said, not a proggy album, but I think he's a really good songwriter, singer, and musician and like his less proggy stuff too.)
