    Craiyon: AI-generated images

Way off topic, but this thing feels like it should be shared.

Basically, you go to the website, enter some text and the AI creates an image. (I say "basically"; I clearly have no idea how it works.) It's fascinating and time-killing and often surreal.

Here is what happens when you type in "a seasoned witch close to the edge of a river":

    witch.jpeg

I'm guessing that is the nightmare image Yes were going for, right? Please do post other horrors and grotesqueries if you are so inclined.

My son showed this to me just the other day. Pretty cool!

I've seen a lot of very clever and funny combinations, but didn't know where they were created from.

I typed in "progressive ears," "the Beatles," and "Winston Churchill dressed in drag." Horrors and grotesqueries, indeed!

Apparently it's designed to mess with the faces to avoid deep fakes. But it certainly returns some strange pics as a result.

In the 2nd photo, the image on the left has a disturbing "Hitler-with-sidies" look.
