I can totally understand you. Being an artist myself and being one of those people who write those kind of emails during bandcamp fridays, I always feel like it may seem weird from the other side. That's why very very often I didn't even made a post about my releases on socials or one here. Sometimes I do, when I feel it's worthwhile, or if I find myself in a sincere enough mood to think "ok, after all it's not wrong to write about my music".

I bought probably more than I should have time:

Present: No. 6 (yeah, I know)
V/A: Unsettled Scores (this week's Cuneiform discounted album, $7US for the download)
Jody Harris/Robert Quine: Escape (another album I should have owned decades ago, but didn't)
Rick Reger: Modulisme Session 080 (I know NOTHING about him, but I've generally been happy with the Modulisme series)
Mahogany Frog: Mahogany Frog On Blue (another one I should have owned long ago)
Glenn Phillips: Angel Sparks (I THINK this is the album that has the review on Amazon, where the guy thought he was buying an album by some palooka from Toad The Wet Sprocket)
Steve Roach: The Passing (a single 59 minute track, and the gear list on the back cover lists an Oberheim Xpander, Matrix 12 AND OB-8...and yeah, I know he probably uses all three of those on like every album, so what?)
    Robert Rich: Nest

That one, and "Rest of the World" are in my wish list for a future BC Friday, having picked up "Blue Dogs" and "Autobiographie" in the last couple.

Does anyone know why "Face" isn't available on BC? It doesn't seem to be available on physical media anywhere.

Just an FYI for anyone who doesn't yet know: Richard Sinclair has a bunch of Caravan and Hatfield And The North bootlegs on his Bandcamp page. Yeah, he's charging money for them, but you can listen for free on the site, he does admit which ones have crappy sound, and he says "If you buy it from me, it'll be the first time any of the band have seen a quid from it".

Hey thanks John for the share!

This tune is part of a full-length release, Vignettes, that goes live on May 5th. I'll share that here when it releases!

This tune is also on YouTube (so the cover art will actually show up here):

    I scored a couple today:
Tyshawn Sorey trio - The off-off broadway guide to Synergism
Tyshawn Sorey Trio - Continuing (pre-order)
    a.P.A.t.T. - We
    Amoeba Split - Quiet Euphoria
    Illegal Crowns - Unclosing
    Bed - Wet
Last one is a band that the daughter of a friend plays in. Postrock-ish. Probably not that interesting for this board.

But why cant I buy the new Monika Roscher bigband not digitally from Bandcamp? Makes no sense to me.
