Lucky you don't live in London where a 70 Cannon loud blasts (for each of her years as Monarch) will be heard on Monday 😂

I'm not a fan of the Royals either but, it's cool to get Monday off in Atlantic Canada it seems to exclude Quebec and Ontario.

Queen Elizabeth II’s support for classical music was generous, unwavering and all too easy to take for granted.

Throughout her 70-year reign, Queen Elizabeth II was a generous patron of classical music and the arts.

It's the Commonwealth (though the media craze is planetary wide - not just the old Empire)

Correct me if I am wrong my fellow pedants, but I think Harry is the only one who has been anywhere near actual combat.

Harry was a co-pilot in Apache attack helicopters in Afghanistan. Harry's uncle, Andrew, brother of the new king, fought in the Falklands in the early 1980s. In a BBC interview over his links to Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew claimed he could no longer sweat because of trauma suffered during that war.

They all go through that. Comes with the royal function and the first few in lines for the throne. Now even the girls do.
They even fly fighters in front of the cameras, but never alone.
Lizzie I future queen of Belgium was currently undergoing military training last year... She's now in London studying something.

The only action Charles saw was with Camilla when he was married to Diane.
