The first and fourth tracks are kinda straight rock, but maybe would fit on a 70s Rush album. The third song is dark jazz really. But the second and especially the fifth I would class as prog. The fifth is kind of a short prog epic, comparable to a song like Natural Science or Jacob's Ladder by Rush.
