Your prog artwork parodies thread (no AI plz)

I've done some parodies of prog album covers.
Here's the most recent one. The album is Jouer by Michel Normandeau (Harmonium member), but my version features the popular comic book character Antoine Depardieu.

I made a parody cover based on Trilogy by Emerson Lake & Palmer. It's soooo obviously based on a photo, but hey, so is the original! xDDDDD

To get that ultra cheap "plasticine shading" feel, I used a softer brush than I usually use.

Hey - we still have that exact toy! Originally bought for our kids )oldest now 40! and now the grandkids are playing with it.

Here's one I did years ago. I was just fooling around and I wanted to do something 'Roger Dean' style. This is what you'd get if you ordered a Roger Dean print at the local Dollar Store. It was done using watercolors. Ultimately, I sold this piece to our pal Prog Geezer (RIP Buddy).

No. It's based on a photo of me, myself, and I.

That's actually what I suspected, but I didn't want to be presumptuous. I like it!

LOL! It has the look of a "Baby's First Genesis Album" type release. I can't decide which is worse: the title (and spelling of it!) or the cover concept and execution. The photo itself is horrible and unappealing!

It meant "finished" like "I quit" but I came back so I guess it's time to change it. :P
