Experimental Jazz Flute Album - New Blue Sun

Always been a fan of Andre's other musical endeavors - so I'm gonna check this out too.

Titled ‘New Blue Sun’, the album is instead an 87-minute long record of both minimalist and experimental music, which hears André take on a variety of woodwind instruments including contrabass flute, Mayan flutes, bamboo flutes as well as other digital wind instruments. No bars, beats or vocals are included.

Really looking forward to hearing what this is going to be all about. Ethnic flutes and wind controller. It's going to be on all streaming platforms and SoundCloud. No mention of Bandcamp at this time.
    Bring it.

I have listened in chunks and it's a very quiet master. I have assumed that this is an intended backlash to any loudness war and perhaps an invitation to listen closely. There are midi errors / glitches also that can only have been left on for effect as they would have taken seconds to remove.
It's also long. So difficult to just sample or commit to without a schedule as such.

So. I have liked pretty much most of what I have heard and there are even riffage and other snippets that will become earworms.

There have been quite a few very hostile reactions to this material and everybody is free to state an opinion.

For me the proof will be if and when I require a meditative spell of this nature.
Will this be a goto ? Time will be sure to give me the answer. Will I have time and patience to "Tune In and Drop Out" with it this evening before bedtime . I truly hope so.
