    I just found Avalanche Kaito.

This transnational avant-rock trio created waves with their visceral self-titled 2022 debut, bagging notable festival appearances (Supersonic, End of the Road), a KEXP session and much deserved critical and audience enthusiasm.

Their new album Talitakum, is deeper and more sonically varied, revealing an energy and spiritual weight that has undoubtedly emerged from the group's incessant touring. The live shows are indeed revelatory, twisting and turning with an unexpected intensity and collectiveness. It is a arresting, shapeshifting sound that spins freely from ancient griot traditions to full-throttle thrash (with many stops in between).

Polyrhythmic futurism, raw epiphanies, Burkinabe parables.
A rattling ritual of ecstatic noise.
    First album:

    Talitakum:

It's not avant-prog but I figured summa youse might like it.

And a new album by the (I suspect largely forgotten) Swiss post-modern funsters öz ürügülü is coming, entitled Della Morte dell'Artista:

    I wasn't expecting that.

    This is an interesting album

    https://visionintoart.bandcamp.com/album/ancient-city

Ancient City by by Paola Prestini and Nelson Patton

I was familiar with Paloa Prestini as a modern classical composer but this album is a lot closer to avant prog. Closer to Art Zoyd than to Philip Glass.

Half composed - half improvised. Dark and brooding with lots of horns. Worth checking out.

New release from an Australian guitarist Cameron Pikó under the band name Montresor. He quotes Henry Cow and Univers Zero as influences. Found it due to Charlie Cawood (Knifeworld, Join The Din, Lost Crowns) on bass.

This sounds like African Rock In Opposition, if such a genre could ever exist. A totally fresh and exciting approach for both African music and experimental music from Belgium based band Αvalanche Kaito

The new album of Caroline Shaw and So Percussion 'Rectangles and Circumstance' is again a damn tasty one.
After 'Narrow Sea' and the magnificent 'Let the Soil play its simple part' this is the third release by this combo and it does not disappoint. This will end up very high in my 2024 list. As ' Avant' and 'Proggy' as it gets these days.

I really enjoyed that soundtrack that Claudio guests on. I Sincopatici have been doing these modern soundtracks for silent films, and they really bring Art Zoyd to mind with the electronics, bass and drums.
