couple of fun 9th innings last night - first Rockies/Dodgers where the Rockies got completely hosed, what should've been a game-ending strikeout was called a check swing, and the Dodgers hit a game-winning 3-run HR shortly after. (okay, one bad call doesn't blow a 5-run lead, but still...). then the Angels nearly coming back from 6-0 - they score 3, get 2 on, then Sal Frelick makes a jumping catch to rob what would be the game trying home run. gotta love this Brewers team, despite being not particularly good on paper over the last 6-7 years they have been doing consistently well.

Indeed. But they really struggle without Judge. The vulnerabilities are really starting to show. The BP is falling apart with injuries and the have a catcher with a noodle for an arm.

Just watched a slugfest between the Guardians and Orioles. Good guys won again, but Guardians pitchers are getting tired. Not sure how long this can continue.
