There's also a single by that name from a group called The Monsters, which appears to be a 3 Stooges novelty song. At any rate, both can be had on Discogs cheap.

If it's really "getting" music, as opposed to first hearing it - Genesis Live at 15 years old as a Christmas gift from my older brother. Hated it at first then kept listening, a revelation!
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound (2112)

Yes, that Finders track is the one! I never thought to look on YT for it. Truly, there is nothing too obscure for the offspring of the Google.

Didn't know there was a video. It doesn't quite live up to the song, alas.

Hearing "Alley Oop" on car radio in 1960. I haven't tired of it yet. I was 3 yrs old then. Maybe I still am.

Around 1972 I was riding in my parents car after getting groceries in the "big city" and heard the intro to Joe Walsh's "Rocky Mountain Way" on the local AM station. I had never heard a heavy guitar like that before. it was like the sky opening up. I must have been around 9 years old. Music started sounding different to me from then on as before I was into bubblegum and such.

I still remember the first time I walked into a record store. I was about 6 years old and the store looked like it had endless records for miles. It was hard for me to see from one wall to the other so walking around felt like there was no end to the records. It was 1966
