There hasn't been for any other Kingmaker publications, so I would doubt it, it seems like when they are gone, they are gone. I'll have to spring for this hardback because I would like to read it.

I did not originally see it on Amazon either, but decided to check again the other day and there it was.

I checked Amazon.ca yesterday and nothing. I checked today and found it for $54 Canadian, with shipping. Preorder to send out in early December.

Have another look - on the upper right just under where it says "Hardcover" and the price in the blue box it also says "Other new from $28.96". If you click on that it comes up showing the preorder at that price rather than the $54 so you may want to cancel the order and re-do it at the lower price. I ordered it that way and got the confirmation email so it looks okay so far.

Better to keep money in your pocket than Amazon.

There's a really nice interview with Jakko on The Word podcast, in which he talks about recording the audiobook version, so ether will be another route in future. I might wait for that version as he is a wonder with the different voices, his Robert Fripp impression in the podcast is a delight.
