Any love for this one? Recorded to satisfy Ronnie Lanes obligation to the record company after he signed on for and then bailed on a Small Faces reunion. Good tunes, all star cast. Critically acclaimed, sold poorly.

Not a masterpiece, but a good, solid, enjoyable album.

I love this album and played it to death 30 years ago. I should listen again. There is some highly poignant songs.
What can this strange device be? When I touch it, it brings forth a sound (2112)
Great album. Have had the LP since '77.
Frog in boiling water
Decent record, not great. I recall hearing Misunderstood on the radio back then, and I think I like Street In The City the most.
Interesting ... the only track I heard on the radio back then was "My Baby Gives It Away" (which I thought was a bit of a bid for airplay).
I adore this album, actually.
Cobra handling and cocaine use are a bad mix.
In retrospect a good move for Ronnie Lane to pair up with Townshend. The Small Faces reunion (2 LPs worth) was a fiasco thanks to an out of control Steve Marriott who was lookin' corpsey by 1978.
There's an outtake or two on one of Pete's "Scoop" series.
Loved this album loose and fun work.
