    Sure, but also fire insurance in parts of the country prone to wildfires -- like the PNW. Hell, we live in the forever-safe part of Delaware County PA, near Philly, where we've seen more than one tornado watch and at least one tornado warning in the last year or so. Never before in the almost 50 years we've owned this house.

    We had a tornado hit a quarter mile from our house in June. I take Tornado warnings a lot more seriously these days.
