Do you sometimes deal with numbers? Well, I'm the Geezer (Steve to the non-prog masses) and you can count me in.

Your screen name is my #1 favorite album of all-time, and "You Set The Scene" is my favorite song. I even have both a Love and an Arthur t-shirt (ordered online from the UK for too much money).

Oh yeah, and I grew up in Queens.

    While we're identifying ourselves...

I slipped up - dunno why it wasn't obvious to me, but I did not add a field on everyone's user profile for "Real Name".

I've now added that field. it is optional, as it was in PEv2, and can be changed:
    • Click on "Settings" (near the top-right-hand corner)
    • Click on "Edit Profile"

Scroll down - and you'll see the "Real Name" field.

I've entered my real name - for the first time ever on Progressive Ears

    Thanks,
    Regards,

    Duncan

I'm Paul -- and here, as on the old site -- I'm Pangolin. Originally from north-west England but now in the US. Having walked the dog I'm currently sitting here drinking some warm sake and listening my way through VdGG's 'The Box'.
The dog, by the way, is asleep on the sofa. Despite my best efforts he's not a Hammill fan.

I'm Scott and I'm an irritated landscaper. I drink cheap beer and love hockey, horror, humor (without the 'u') and obviously music. But what I mostly like to do is sit on park benches and think of frogs.

I’m here, and have been for the last couple of days. Just doing my usual, “enter quietly and act like nothing has changed” act.

I am Mr Grizzly Bear, formerly Burgess Penguin and Prog Owl on the old site. I like salmon, tea with honey and blueberries in pancakes peppered with occasional loud roaring and lots of baritone sax. Absolutely CANNOT stand wanky slap bass playing, makes me VERY ANGRY!!!!

Never play slap bass around bears, you'll make them VERY angry.

Good morning. Planechant, here. I thought of taking the opportunity to change my user id, but one of my characteristics is that I find my own jokes far too amusing. A pun on geometry and Gregorian chant? Priceless! Working from home this morning, as there's ice coming out of the sky. My three musical loves are Baroque music, prog, and rural French accordion. I actually write a blog about french accordion (http://www.accordeonaire.blogspot.com).

As much as I fear change, I'm getting used to the new site. ProgEars continues to improve my quality of life.

Made it at last. Was having some permission problems, but now I'm back thanks to Duncan. Lopez here. (Lou Bruno to the rest of the non-PE world.) Been a PE'er for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. Met some real great friends here.

I'm Mark and I have a prog rock, metal, and electronic music podcast called Progtopia. Somehow I'm just now finding this site! I promise to contribute and not just be a shill for my show, although you're more than welcome to visit the site and listen.
