I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

Yay, Larchmont! Beautiful place to be!
You're going to love this: from pre-school to 6th grade, I attended the Berkeley Carroll School (it was known then as The Berkeley Institute) on Lincoln Place in Park Slope.
Alas, I am no longer in the greatest city in the US...I'm in Los Angeles now. ::::cries:::: My brother had to evacuate because of Sandy, as did many of my friends. What a devastating tragedy this has been for so many.

The downside of being better than everyone else is that people tend to assume you're pretentious.
OMG, I miss it ALL the time! I lived in E'ton, too; right on Northampton Street. I was a Paul and Elizabeth's chef for ten years, and after work, I'd often go to Beyond Words to curl up in a corner and read...or, if the day was particularly long and hectic, you could find me in Packard's or Ye Ol' Watering Hole.
We must know each other, somehow...we must!

Do you sometimes deal with numbers? Well, I'm the Geezer (Steve to the non-prog masses) and you can count me in.
Your screen name is my #1 favorite album of all-time, and "You Set The Scene" is my favorite song. I even have both a Love and an Arthur t-shirt (ordered online from the UK for too much money).
Oh yeah, and I grew up in Queens.
