    Step Forward and Identify Yourself

For all of those from the old PE site who switched names or just feel they need a new introduction.

Hi, my name is Jerol, I live on the edge of nowhere, and I drink .
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

I am Scott, and I am completely utterly impressed by the features on this site.

    The wait was worth it.

Hi, I'm Ian. Not to be confused with Ian. I divide my shelves of music into three categories - prog, not prog, and Zappa.

Avatars have to be 80x80 and they are not an automatic upload

Hey! I love Keene, NH; I used to visit all the time when I lived in Northampton, MA. I'd go up 91 N and hang out in Brattleboro, VT...and then cut over to Keene. I miss New England so much.

And I love Brooklyn! I'm originally from Larchmont, NY and I have family in Park Slope. In fact my niece is visiting us in Keene right now to get away from all the chaos from Sandy. Hope you weren't too badly affected...

Yay, Larchmont! Beautiful place to be!

You're going to love this: from pre-school to 6th grade, I attended the Berkeley Carroll School (it was known then as The Berkeley Institute) on Lincoln Place in Park Slope.

Alas, I am no longer in the greatest city in the US...I'm in Los Angeles now. ::::cries:::: My brother had to evacuate because of Sandy, as did many of my friends. What a devastating tragedy this has been for so many.

WOW! I grew up right around there (Easthampton). Spend MUCH time in Noho. LOVE IT. I too miss New England sometimes. Sometimes.

Krys here - reporting for duty. Still the same ol' proggrl I used to be.
The downside of being better than everyone else is that people tend to assume you're pretentious.

OMG, I miss it ALL the time! I lived in E'ton, too; right on Northampton Street. I was a Paul and Elizabeth's chef for ten years, and after work, I'd often go to Beyond Words to curl up in a corner and read...or, if the day was particularly long and hectic, you could find me in Packard's or Ye Ol' Watering Hole.

We must know each other, somehow...we must!

Do you sometimes deal with numbers? Well, I'm the Geezer (Steve to the non-prog masses) and you can count me in.

Your screen name is my #1 favorite album of all-time, and "You Set The Scene" is my favorite song. I even have both a Love and an Arthur t-shirt (ordered online from the UK for too much money).

Oh yeah, and I grew up in Queens.
