Yes true for people like me. It's really hard to keep up any semblance of chops on guitar and piano, besides composing music and writing novels, when spending so much time each week at my 'real' job. If I could ever play music full time, my hobby would be writing books. If I could ever write books full time, my hobby would be prog.
