Discovered this composer in my newspaper, which described his music as somewhere between classical and progrock.

Ya know, though I am not a huge ELO fan, "10538" is one of my all time favorite songs. I won't say that this is a better version, but they certainly did it justice.

Metal Storm Awards, Best of 2023. There are links to Bandcamp as well as others. I was listening to that first band, Fvnerals. Not totally my thing, but some might want to explore.

^^^ Great tune, great playing, but I could not possibly sit through a show if that's typical of their visual style; the constant flashes gave me a slight headache in just four minutes.

    Getting old SUCKS.

    ...but it beats the alternative.

Didn't connect with alot of his later jazz fusion stuff but the guy was a musical powerhouse...great solo performance particularly when you consider he was a serious heroin connoisseur at the time..

So another without their adoreable lead vocalist and less flashy :-)

They do a hell of a show with killer bass and ex model lead singer

You could have bought Syd Barrets old floor. Sold for £28,500

I rather spend that amount of money on something else, like synthesizers.

My 16 year old grandson bought me this album for my 66th birthday this year. We've exchanged a lot of music this past year. Turned him on to Haken, Crimson, Thank You Scientist...and in return he turned me onto Glass Beach. Definitely getting a Radiohead influence here, but the way it builds and explodes near the end...I dig it a lot.

Perhaps not really something cool, but more a WTF moment.

Two famous members of this project were Robbie van Leeuwen (Shocking Blue) and Rick van der Linden (Ekseption, Trace)

Sounds interesting and it defenitly had some Radiohead vibe.
